Consumer advocacy training
We conduct a consumer advocacy training program at least once a year for members. The program enables you to develop skills to become an effective consumer participant and to gain the confidence and knowledge required to be an active member of various committees and groups.
The program covers topics such as consumer participation, understanding diversity and your community, health literacy, governance and advocacy.
The date for the next consumer advocacy training program will be placed on the website and advertised in our newsletter.
